Hello Blogger..again?

Hi! Can you believe how long I’ve been away from Blogger? My last post was in 2019, when I was planning to build a home here in Negros Oriental. Now, I finally have a humble home on a 1,000 sqm piece of land with my dogs and cats.

I missed this blog so much! I moved to WordPress and continued blogging there for a few years. I felt sad leaving this blog because this is where I started my blogging journey. I hope I can continue posting here again, and I’ll just keep my WordPress account for random thoughts and whatever else comes to mind.

See ya! Byeee!

Cozy Home Soon!

I am moving into a new place in a couple of months. Right now, I'm still here in this very hot and exhausting city dreaming of a cozy home.

I lived in this city for 5 years and I can say it's very very exhausting here. I just want peace of mind but of course - I need to bring with me my work, my new home should be near to a good school for my son, and the cost of living should be cheap. xD

What do you guys think of these???  These houses below are great designs for Filipino type of home. It is not concrete though like the typical-hot-concrete hollow block houses in the city but it's cool! I will have the ceiling as high as 10ft because I'll have a tin roof (it's so hot here in the Philippines. lol)

I'm planning to either have "half-concrete" house (hollow blocks + cement / bamboo strips / amakan) or have coconut wood house (yellow) - I have few coconut trees to cut. Just a low-cost house to start since there's just the 3 of us. The area though is 700sqm which is really really great for gardening or for doing business since there's a lot of foreigners in that countryside.

I will be blogging the house from start to finish including the cost!!! Hope you all are excited for me!!!!!!
See you all on my next blog! Ciao!!!

Taking Negativity

It has been a busy month last July.
From starting my buy and sell to working part time as real estate to attending birthday parties. All while working full time as VA.

Everything is under control until

1. We moved into a new and bigger house because we can't handle the stress in living in a small house. Moving is not as easy as picking up things and dropping them all into a new place. You also need to plan where to put your stuff.

2. Site trippings that I had from
being a real estate agent on weekends are exhausting. We go visit different projects from different places every weekends. And I need to attend Project Knowledge Seminars every night during weekdays.

3. My buy and sell business are booming so fast but unfortunately I can't deliver more boxes because I don't have a private vehicle to deliver and I wasted a lot of money.on taxis.

4. I had my first lost in Real Estate. I invested a lot of time and money on a client who came all the way from Manila. I thought he was ready to invest but not all who are interested are qualified. We realized lately that he doesn't have enough money to invest.

5. I don't get any support from my Sales Manager. I am just working as an affiliate and she's supposed to do the sales but it didn't want that way. She asked me to face a couple of clients which is just fine because I am not a very shy person but I don't get response from her right away which annoyed my clients. Responses and things like negotiating the prices or terms of payment(mostly because we are more on project selling).

6. Parties. Been to a lot of birthday parties lately which includes my own. I don't just attend but also helps in preparing stuff since the birthdays are just within our family.

7. People leaving the office and will have their last day of work this August. They really stressed me out. Like I wanna quit too. We have the same reasons of wanting to leave but they did(will) leave.

8. Weather is sooo bad last July and almost everyone in the world is sick especially me and Andrei :'(

9. People trying to control/teach you how to live your life. Annoying...

I need motivation. I am surrounded with negativity and stress. It's all done and I couldn't do anything about it. Advice anyone?

Eden Nature Park and Resort

Last January 7, 2016 we went to Eden Nature Park and Resort in Toril, Davao City.
It was a long ride but it was worth it. We went there with Tita Bong's friends Auntie Angie, her husband Keith and son James. Nanay, Tita Buen, Zendy and Ella was there too and they invited me and Andrei to come and join them. We reached there by 11am and it is very hot (and could have been hotter if we're in the city) but thanks to the trees around that made the place cool.

This is the lobby where you need to pay for the tour and lunch buffet(if you prefer)
